***We will be accepting credit cards at the event if you do not wish to incur the additional $2 charge imposed by MSR - there is no way around MSR not showing you the $2 charge but rest assured you won't be charged if we don't run your credit card***

If you do no wish to attend dinner please join us for the Award Ceremony only, please indicate on RSVP or register for the awards portion only 

From Milwaukee: Just 35 minutes from Milwaukee! Take I-94 west and exit on Hwy. 83 in Delafield. At the stop light turn left, heading south. At the third stop light turn left heading east (Hillside Drive). We're about one mile east of Hwy. 83.

From Madison: Take I-94 east and exit on Hwy. 83 in Delafield. Turn right, heading south. Turn left at the second traffic light (Hillside Drive). Go past the theater and Home Depot. We're at the top of the hill on the right.
